The complex of country residences MOULINOS COTTAGES is located in Kardakata village, 15 km north of Argostoli and on the coastal road of Argostoli-Fiskardo.
The three cottages are constructed in a land of 1000 sqm and are surrounded by Moulinos Field, an area of 6.000 sqm. The field is enclosed/fenced and in it there are olive trees, vines and various fruit-bearing trees such as apricot-trees, cherry-trees, fig-trees, almond-trees, tangerine-trees, banana-trees, lemon-trees as well as several ornamental plants.
Under the shade of the vine-pergola the visitors can enjoy their breakfast or lunch or have a BBQ at night.
In the swimming pool that exists in the area of the complex, our guests can cool off and relax on the comfortable sunbeds under the shade offered by the sun umbrellas.
The two cottages, cottage Ioanna and cottage Angeliki, are on a level with the ground and ideal for families with children as they have porches and really comfortable external spaces that will make their staying pleasant. The third one, cottage Nefeli is on the first floor.
The cottage “IOANNA” is 50 sqm and was constructed in 2008 and can accommodate between one and four persons (1-4). It has a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and a kitchen – sitting room area with a studio couch that can be transformed into a double bed.
The cottage “ANGELIKI” is 85 sqm and it is recently renovated. It can accommodate between 1 and six persons (1-6). It has a big bedroom (33sqm) with a double bed and a studio couch that can accommodate another two persons. It also has a private bathroom and a kitchen-dining and sitting room area with a studio couch that can accommodate two more people. Finally, it has an additional space with a couch and a desk.
The cottage “Nefeli” is 75 sq.m., is newly built and has two bedrooms, kitchen – dining and sitting room and bathroom. It can host from 1 – 5 people.The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a single bed and finally in the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. Nefeli also has two large terraces where you can enjoy either your breakfast, your lunch or even your dinner under the moonlight.
In the cottages the visitors have the opportunity to make their own meals as they are fully equipped with household appliances, cooking utensils and services/sets.
The country residences MOULINOS COTTAGES are allotted for renting for the first time this year (2018) and they can be rented either independently or as a unified residence.
They operate all year round and they can be rented for lengthy periods of time (month, a whole season) in consultation with the owner of the cottages.
